Ask Hikari · Command palette
Bring the problem. Leave with the first move.
For leaders facing operational drag, AI uncertainty, platform debt, or governance pressure.
Most transformation does not begin with technology. It begins when the operating system of the company can no longer absorb its own ambition. We review the constraint, map the exposure, and name the first move that restores momentum.
Ask Hikari is the in-page command palette. Bring a real brief in plain words, and a named partner returns a senior operating diagnosis within one business day. No generic audit, no sales sequence, no junior delegation.
Press ⌘K from any page to open the same overlay · or send a full brief
How it works
Four lines. One partner. One business day.
No sales gate. No discovery call before the first answer. The first question is free.
-
01Press ⌘K from anywhere on hikariblue.com
The command palette opens as a full-screen overlay. The page you were on stays in context behind it. Close with Esc or backdrop click.
-
02Describe the operating problem in four lines
Plain words, operator voice. We do not need a brief that has been polished. We need the problem as you would explain it to a colleague who has not seen the file.
-
03The platform structures the brief
Multi-model orchestration (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, Google) restates the problem, identifies the missing operating layer, and proposes the first move worth taking. You see the structured response inside the overlay.
-
04A named partner reads it inside one business day
If you leave contact details, one of four partners replies with either a working session, or a clear reason not to take the brief. We do not waste your time. We do not waste ours.
What you can ask
Operating problems where AI, architecture, governance or transformation are at stake.
Below are starting points. Anything close to one of these is in scope. Off-topic questions are routed back politely.
-
AI pilots stuck before production
A proof of concept worked. The path to production crossed compliance, vendor risk, observability and operating ownership. Now it is stalled. Ask: what is the operating layer this pilot is missing.
-
Legacy platforms slowing the business
The core system is twenty years old. Every change ships at the speed of fear. Ask: where to apply a strangler pattern under observability, with reversibility at every step.
-
A board asking for governance evidence
EU AI Act Article 12 wants audit trails. DORA wants incident response timelines. The board wants a one-page answer. Ask: what evidence to ship, how to architect it, who signs for it.
-
Workflows that should be automated but cannot fail
Claims processing, KYC review, clinical triage, customer onboarding. Ask: where to place agentic automation, where to keep human-in-the-loop, where to wire kill switches.
Why it is not a chatbot
Ask Hikari is the anti-chatbot.
The opposable rules below come from the Hikari Blue site charter, §16bis. They are the conditions under which we accept a conversational AI surface on the site at all.
-
No floating pill, no mascot
Ask Hikari is invoked by ⌘K or by a discrete nav link. It does not live in a corner of the screen pretending to be a friendly companion. The visitor decides when to ask. We do not interrupt.
-
No auth gate before the first answer
The first question is free. No email capture, no SSO, no signup. We ask for contact details only if you want a named partner to follow up.
-
No false generation theatre
Multi-model orchestration is server-side. We do not perform typing animations to feel intelligent. We return the structured brief and the routing, not a performance.
-
No mailing list ambush
Asking does not add you to a newsletter. The platform never auto-subscribes anyone. If we share a piece of writing, it is because you asked for it.
FAQ
Questions a serious user asks before pressing ⌘K.
-
Which models power Ask Hikari?
Multi-model by architecture. Anthropic Claude is the default. OpenAI, Mistral, Google Vertex are available as fallbacks. Model selection happens server-side based on task, risk profile and cost.
-
Is my question stored?
Yes, briefly, for the partner who will read it. Retention follows our privacy notice. No third-party data sharing. No model training on your input.
-
Can I share the answer?
Yes. You can download the structured brief as a PDF from within the overlay. The brief is auto-generated and marked as such. A partner-reviewed version follows by email if you leave contact details.
-
Why is the URL still /ask?
This page exists so search engines and AI search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT search, Claude, Gemini) can cite a stable URL for "what is Ask Hikari". The interactive experience itself is the in-page overlay, opened by ⌘K.
Ready
Press ⌘K. Bring the real problem.
A named partner reads every submission within one business day. No newsletter. No sales sequence.
