Pods · On site

Your AI in production, inside your teams. An on-site pod, then the handover.

A named owner, a trace of every action, a stop available at any moment. For any company putting AI into its teams.

United States · Switzerland · France. Operators local to each market.

The gap

Advice from a distance does not change how a team works.

  1. Adoption happens at the desk.

A use of AI changes the work when someone sits next to the people doing it, not when a deck describes it.

  2. The first weeks decide.

Whether an AI use survives contact with real data, real exceptions and real people is settled in its first weeks of operation.

  3. Ownership is transferred, not rented.

Your people must own the agents, the data paths and the controls when the mandate ends, or the work stops with the contract.

The answer is not more consultants. It is a pod in the room.

Inside a pod

One pod. Several levels.

A pod is composed to the mandate from several seniority levels, each with a clear role. It is always led by one accountable operator, with a named Hikari Blue partner answerable to your sponsor.

  1. Named partner

Answerable to your sponsor for the whole mandate. Not on site full time.

  2. Pod lead, senior operator

Runs the implementation inside the team and owns the weekly operating review.

  3. Senior engineer

Builds and hardens the agents and integrations in your stack.

    Agentic AI
  4. Engineer

Builds and ships inside the team, from the first workflow to production.

    Engineering
  5. Developer

Implements, tests and documents under the pod lead.

  6. Data, knowledge and governance operators

Added when the mandate requires them: data and access for production use, audit trail, kill switch, residency, EU AI Act and sector rules.

How it works

Five steps, one named pod, one written outcome.

We do not place people. We take responsibility for an outcome and put a named pod inside your team to deliver it.

  1. Diagnostic

One working session on the real situation. Scope and outcome are written down.

  2. Match

A pod composed from the 450+ network, each operator calibrated on dossier and a working session. You see the profiles before any commitment.

  3. On site

The pod joins your team: your tools, your badges, your rules.

  4. Operate

A weekly operating review with your sponsor: what shipped, what blocked, what changes.

  5. Hand over

Documentation, runbooks and trained owners. The mandate ends when your team runs it without us.

Formats

Formats that follow the work, not the contract.

  • Presence

From two days a week to full time, set by the work in progress.

  • Duration

From one quarter, renewed on results reviewed with your sponsor.

  • Unit

Pod of one (a lead), pod of three (lead plus two), pod of five; composed from the levels above.

  • Markets

United States · Switzerland · France.

What you keep

What stays with you when the pod leaves.

  • Your IP and your code.
  • Your data, on your infrastructure.
  • Owners trained inside your team.
  • The audit trail of what was decided and what ran.

Named accountability: a named Hikari Blue partner stays answerable to your sponsor for the whole mandate.

Trust

The same standard for every client.

Every pod comes with a named owner, an audit trail and a kill switch.

  • Multi-model by architecture

No dependency on a single model vendor.

  • Data residency by workload

    EU, US or controlled infrastructure.

  • Auditability by design

    Traceable actions and operating evidence.

  • Senior accountability

Named senior operators remain accountable through delivery.

Practical questions

Before you bring an operator in.

Is this staff augmentation?

No. It is a mandate with a written outcome, a named pod and a named partner answerable for it. The operators are not resources on a bench.

Who is in a pod?

A pod lead who is a senior operator, then senior engineers, engineers and developers as the mandate requires, with data or governance operators when needed. A named Hikari Blue partner stays answerable to your sponsor.

Who employs the operators?

Hikari Blue contracts the mandate and remains accountable for it. On site, the pod works under your site rules.

How fast can a pod start?

The start date is set after the diagnostic, once you have reviewed the pod's profiles. We do not quote a date before that.

Can we keep the operators?

The mandate is designed to end. If a role must become permanent, we say so and help you hire for it.

What about confidentiality and data?

An NDA is signed before any access. The work runs on your infrastructure, under your access policy, with data residency set by workload.

How is a pod different from Team Reinforcement?

Team Reinforcement adds an accountable unit to your delivery capacity. A pod implements AI inside your teams, on site, and hands it over. A pod is the on-site form of team reinforcement: same accountability, but the goal is handover, not capacity.

How is a pod billed?

Per mandate, against a written outcome, for at least one quarter. The fee is set after the diagnostic.

Next step

Bring the real situation. We will tell you if a pod on site is the right answer.

One working session with a senior operator. If a pod on site is not the answer, we say so.
