Open role · Switzerland
Enterprise Business Introducer, Switzerland.
Switzerland is our second market. You introduce the conversation, the house runs the cycle, you are paid on collected revenue.
The mandate
Turn a serious network into serious engagements.
Swiss executives face a precise pressure: FINMA expectations on operational resilience, the revised FADP on data, and boards asking what governs the AI entering their operations. We build the answer; your introduction starts the conversation.
You introduce the category the house installs: the AI operating layer for the regulated enterprise. Audit-ready, regulator-ready, board-ready.
The model, plainly
You open the door. The house does the work.
An introducer agreement, in writing, before your first introduction, disclosed to the client. In regulated sectors, the client's own rules on intermediaries prevail. No exclusivity, no quota.
-
01
Introduce
You bring a qualified conversation: a named executive under board or regulator pressure on AI, with context you can stand behind.
-
02
Qualify together
A named partner joins you within five business days, in English or French. We decide together whether the account fits the house, before anyone's time is spent.
-
03
The house runs the cycle
Discovery, proposal, negotiation, delivery: senior operators carry the engagement end to end. Your relationship stays respected at every step.
-
04
Paid on collected revenue
Your commission is defined in the written agreement and paid on collected revenue, quarterly. Uncapped, for the engagements the agreement covers.
The bar
What you bring. What you get.
What you bring
- a real network of executive buyers in private banking, insurance, pharma, medtech or precision manufacturing;
- the standing to open a first conversation at executive committee level, without a script;
- judgment about which doors are worth opening, and the honesty to say which are not;
- discretion: our clients' names are not marketing material, and neither are yours;
- enough command of AI governance to hold the first conversation credibly.
What you get
- a written agreement before your first introduction: scope, commission schedule, payment terms;
- commission on collected revenue, uncapped, as defined in the agreement;
- a named partner on every introduction within five business days;
- the collateral of a public method: published category, verifiable facts, a site your contacts can read;
- no exclusivity and no quota: your practice remains yours.
Before you apply
Three screening questions.
Answer them in the application form. Precision beats volume: sectors, relationships, outcomes. Answer at the precision your confidentiality obligations allow.
- Which two Swiss accounts could you introduce in the next ninety days? Sector, size, and the nature of your relationship.
- Describe one introduction that became a signed engagement: your exact role, the cycle, and how you were compensated.
- Why is governed AI the conversation Swiss boards need to have now?
Application
One page. Proof of relationships, not a résumé.
A named partner reads every application within five business days. If we are not a fit, you get a clear reason in writing, not silence.
